Hello!
I hold an MDiv, DipMin, and BA in theology as well as a certification in Spiritual Direction from Emmaus Formation Centre. I provide quality and supervised spiritual care and direction, specializing in youth and young adults, and those who have experienced church trauma. As a certified spiritual director, I assist directees by providing a safe and confidential space, either in-person in Kelowna, or virtually to explore where God’s Holy Spirit is moving in a person’s life.
My Story
Hello there! I am a spiritual director and pastor passionate about helping people explore their spiritual journey, regardless of age, gender, or orientation. I am particularly drawn to individuals who have experienced church trauma, particularly teenagers and young adults.
I love incorporating contemplative practices into my spiritual formation and direction practice.
My spiritual journey has been diverse, having grown up in both Anglican and Lutheran spaces and now finding myself in evangelical spaces (with pit stops in a few other denominations along the way!). This has given me a deep appreciation for liturgy, tradition, spontaneity and potlucks.
These days, I am pastoring in evangelical spaces, which has allowed me to develop an appreciation for Scripture and community. I am all about experiencing God's love in different ways and helping others move towards a happier, healthier spiritual life. Ultimately, my goal is to help people become whole and flourish so that they can experience more of God, and who God intended them to be.
I have received spiritual direction since 2018, and I deeply value this practice. It has helped me discover more about myself and God, and I believe it can also be incredibly beneficial for others.
